Nuuksio National Park is an exceptional nature sanctuary in Helsinki region, only 40 minutes from Helsinki downtown. In serene woods and on the wilderness lakes of Nuuksio, we organize guided day trips – open scheduled trips as well as private tours. From May to October, you can join our Wilderness Canoeing Adventure on the tranquil Lakes Kattilajärvi and Vääräjärvi. The foraging season starts in July and it is time for our Berry picking and mushroom hunting tours The winter hiking safari takes you to most fascinating places of Nuuksio lake uplands, the snow-covered forests and safely to ice-covered lakes.

A visit to the Nuuksio Reindeer Park can be organized to any of our day trips. To a private nature trip in Nuuksio, we can combine a visit to The Finnish Nature Centre Haltia, where you can get a glimpse of the dazzling beauty of other Finland’s national parks from the South to arctic Lapland.
