Our guide Olli was very kind and gave us great information about the berries, the mushrooms, the forest and Finland in general. The hike was beautiful. It was also a perfect level of difficulty, in that I (an experienced hiker) and my boyfriend (not much of a hiker at all and also who wears a leg brace due to a disability) were both able to enjoy it. I did not feel like it was too easy, and he did not think it was too hard! The park is beautiful and quiet, and the foraging was a lot of fun (as was the end of the hike when we ate what we had found, along with Finnish pastries and coffee that Olli brought). Don't hesitate for a moment about booking this activity. It is a must-do and I look forward to doing another excursion with Feel the Nature when we return to Finland in the future! …
