4. Legal basis and the purpose of processing personal data
We collect personal information for the purpose of customer relationship management. The legal basis for handling personal data is the agreement between us and the statutory obligations arising from it. Providing personal data is a prerequisite for the creation of a contract.
We also collect personal information for marketing purposes. The legal basis for handling personal data is consent.
We do not make profiling and automated decisions about you.
5. The content of the register
Information to be stored in the customer registry is person’s name, company/organization, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address), IP address of the network, information on subscribed services and their changes, billing information, other information related to customer relationships and ordered services.
6. Regular sources of information
The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer, among others. through booking system, by e-mail, by telephone, through social media services, by contracts, by customer meetings and by other situations where the customer delivers information.
7. Regular disclosure of information
The register information can be shared within the company and with the company’s subcontractors.
The company may also outsource processing of your personal data to companies outside the enterprise that may also be located in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, such as the United States. These companies can process personal data to provide, for example, infrastructure and IT services, or other services. In such cases, sufficient data security and processing of the register will be handled by EU-U.S. – Privacy Shield, or by contract using the templates approved by the EU Commission.
8. Principles of registry protection
Careful handling of the registry is ensured and data processed by the information systems are adequately protected. Digital recordings are protected by agreements and technical solutions such as firewalls and password protection. Personal data is processed by the company only within the persons whose job it belongs. Personal data will be disclosed to the subcontractors of the company only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

A cookie is a small text file to be sent and stored on a user’s computer. Our website uses cookies to ensure that the service is safe, efficient and user-friendly. On the site we use cookies to produce statistical information and to implement the booking service.
10. The right of inspection and the right to demand correction
The person in the register has the right to check what information about him is in the register. The request must be made in writing to the registry administrator.
A person in the register has the right to make changes to the information that has been incorrectly entered in the register.
11. The direct marketing prohibition
You may deny the use of your information to electronic marketing by sending an informal notice via e-mail to info@feelthenature.fi.
