Saunalla menemme patikoiden l\u00e4pi Nuuksion metsien.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\">Ohjelma<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Ohjelmaan kuuluu kuljetus Helsingist\u00e4 tai Espoosta. Saavuttuamme Nuuksioon aloitamme retkemme patikoimalla kansallispuiston polkuja pitkin saunalle. Saunalle p\u00e4\u00e4sty\u00e4mme aloitamme yhdess\u00e4 saunan l\u00e4mmityksen ja\u00a0 valmistelut kylpemist\u00e4 varten. Talvella voimme tehd\u00e4 my\u00f6s uskaliaimmille avannon vilvoittelua varten. Before sauna there is time for outdoor activities; forest walk &#8211; late summer and autumn time searching for berries and mushroom.
